  • How can I order McDelivery using the McDonald’s app?

    1. You can order McDelivery in a number of ways on the app! You can switch from “Pick-Up” to “McDelivery” using the toggle at the top of the app screen. After ordering delivery once on the app, you can press “re-order” and select delivery. Finally, you have the option of selecting an offer that can be delivered to you.
    2. For any delivery order, you then must enter the desired address for delivery and you will be notified if McDelivery is available to you.
    3. Once confirmed, start creating your order from our menu or your saved favourites.
    4. When you’re all set—follow the checkout process in the app, sit back and enjoy your faves when they arrive!

  • How do I know if McDelivery on the McDonald’s app is available at my address?

    After you enter the address for delivery, you will be notified whether McDelivery is available to you. If it’s not, consider ordering pickup or try getting your faves through Uber Eats, DoorDash or Skip the Dishes.

  • Why does it say “powered by DoorDash”?

    We have partnered with DoorDash to deliver your faves to you. All McDelivery orders placed through the McDonald’s app will be delivered by DoorDash couriers. We take care of the food, DoorDash handles the delivery. McDonald’s will securely share your information with DoorDash for the purposes of enabling them to deliver your order and provide customer support.

  • Can I use my deals or redeem MyMcDonald’s Rewards when ordering McDelivery?

    Yes! Some of the McDonald's app offers and any MyMcDonald's Reward can be redeemed on delivery orders! Simply select the offer you wish to redeem and select “Add to delivery order.” If that option is not showing, then that offer is not redeemable on delivery orders.

  • Will I earn MyMcDonald’s Rewards points for eligible purchases made via McDelivery?

    You betcha! All food and beverages purchased through the McDonald's app through pickup or delivery will earn points (100 points for $1 spent on eligible purchases) that you can redeem for free McDonald’s products.   • I want to change my order or add items to my order:

    Once an order is placed it cannot be modified, but you may be able to cancel the order and order again with your additional items. To find out if you can cancel your order, please contact DoorDash at 1 (833) 510-0332.

  • I want to cancel my order:

    Not all orders can be cancelled as it depends on when in the process you contact DoorDash. If you wish to cancel your order please promptly contact DoorDash at 1 (833) 510-0332.

  • I need to contact my DoorDash courier:

    From the home screen, select “Track Order” and scroll down to the tracking screen to contact your DoorDash courier. You will only be able to contact your courier once the DoorDash courier is assigned. Keep in mind that your courier may be driving and may not be able to answer the phone right away. In addition, your DoorDash courier is also able to contact you if they are unable to easily find your delivery address.

  • I need to change my delivery address for the order I just placed:

    To change your delivery address after an order is placed, please contact DoorDash at 1 (833) 510-0332 as quickly as possible and they will do their best to accommodate you.

  • I need to change my delivery address in the app:

    The delivery address can be changed at any point before you submit your McDelivery order. There are two places where your delivery address can be changed. 1) Go to the ‘Order’ tab on the McDonald’s app, and at the top of the page tap the ‘Change Address’ link. 2) On the ‘Review and Pay’ screen, tap the ‘Edit’ link next to the delivery address.

  • Where can I find the status of my delivery order?

  • My order is taking longer than expected:
